Read an outcome correctly

Closed: The bidding stage ended. A buyer, payment or transfer is not established.
Reported sold: The source reports a sale or winning bid. Read the event’s definition and reconciliation limits.
Deed recorded: A separately checked recording supports a transfer. An auction bid alone does not establish this.
Unknown: We lack a reliable outcome. Unknown records are not counted as sold or unsold.

Winning bids are not investor profit. Costs, title, possession, later transfers and other obligations require separate research. We publish reviewed event summaries rather than combining incompatible record types into a single success rate.
